New Scoring System

                                              Every 100 points = Compendium level +1

For every 100 points that you earn, you will level up your Compendium. That means extra immortal treasures, more new custom in-game effects, extra bonus Loading Screens and bigger Battle Point bonuses!

Or you can just buy levels..

The highest level compendium owners get extra custom visuals which including: new teleport effects, healing effects while in base, and new appearances for your Bottles, Blink Daggers, and Dagons! The custom level up effects will only last until July 28th though so enjoy them while you can! Plus once you hit level 50 you will get the special alternate skin for the miniature Pudge courier if we unlock that stretch goal.

The new courier for this year's International!

Introducing Lieutenant Squawkins!! This courier will be unlocked for all compendium owners once they reach level 4. Admiral Kunkka’s ever-faithful parrot will develop two extra styles once you reach levels 24 and 41. Images of the alternate styles have yet to be released.

Included in this year's compendium is a number of new objectives that owners can work on to earn points and level up their compendium. One example given by Valve is a 10 Hero Challenge, which asks players to try winning a game with ten randomly chosen heroes. You may also offer up unwanted items similar to the New Bloom event in exchange for the Offering of the Aegis. Once a week the offerings are taken, extra compendium points along with new items are then left behind.

The compendium also includes new a new Fantasy League, each compendium owner is given a ticket so that they can compete in the new Dota Fantasy Season 1 which will start May 19th. Further details still to come.

More information including exact compendium scoring and can be found on the Dota 2 International page.
